Heritage Red Raspberry

It is a deciduous shrub with a bushy growth habit, capable of reaching up to 2 meters in height. It has thorny stems, sometimes covered in hairs, on which grow medium-sized, pinnate leaves composed of five lobes with serrated edges. Flowering continues until the first frost, producing small, five-petalled, white-pink flowers, clustered in clusters from which the fruits emerge. The fruits ripen in summer, generally about two years after planting. They are small, red in color, and sweet in flavor.
This plant is quite hardy and resilient to low temperatures, preferring direct sun exposure or areas with partial shade. While it doesn't require particularly demanding soil, a good-quality, well-drained, universal soil is recommended. Watering isn't excessively frequent, but care should be taken to avoid waterlogging.
