This variety boasts proven agronomic and organoleptic qualities. The tree is moderately vigorous, bears early, and produces consistently high yields, thanks to parthenocarpy. However, it requires careful regeneration pruning, otherwise the fruit size and quality may be affected. It has a good affinity with other quince varieties, and it is always advisable to use virus-free material.
The fruit, sometimes irregularly shaped due to parthenocarpy or insufficient pollination, is medium to large in size, with a green skin and prominent, rusty lenticels. The flesh is creamy-white in color, with a sweet, aromatic flavor. The apple keeps well in a controlled atmosphere, lasting several months. However, the flesh collapses easily once the fruit is ripe. Harvest takes place in late August or early September.
