The skin is smooth, yellow with occasional pink hues when exposed to the sun, with small dark spots and a slight russeting around the stalk. The pulp is white, melting, and juicy, with a delicious flavor featuring a characteristic muscat aroma, sweet and with a pleasant acidity.
