A tree of medium vigor, with high but variable productivity. The Paviot apricot fruit is medium to large in size and slightly asymmetrical, similar to an almond.
The skin is smooth, yellow-orange in color, with small carmine red spots, darker on the side exposed to the sun. The pulp is semi-solid, a deep yellow color, very juicy, sweet, and very fragrant.
This apricot tree is a self-fertile variety, which means it can produce fruit without the need to be planted with other varieties for pollination.
