Michelini is a very vigorous and highly productive variety. It can exhibit staggered ripening and is best grown in areas that favor good fruit color. The flowering period is intermediate, while the ripening period is late, specifically during the third ten days of August and the first ten days of September.
Michelini fruits are large, averaging 200 grams. The skin is characterized by a rich red color, dominating over a creamy white background. Inside, the flesh is a refined white color, with hints of red near the stone. The pulp is melting, aromatically scented, and easily peeled, offering a pleasant taste experience thanks to its excellent organoleptic qualities.
